Resolution Proposed for the 13th Annual General Meeting

Resolution proposed By Mr. James Pathinathan on the 08/09/2023

1. Current Executive committee members have the right to choose and nominate future members to the executive committee.

The member who has been selected by the executive committee to join them, must have served at least 1 year as a committee member under the current MWAUK association committee, before joining the executive committee.

Resolutions Proposed By Mr. Lawrence Sebamalai on 11/09/2023

1. The resolutions submitted by the members to the secretary of MWAUK shall be circulated among the membership via email, WhatsApp group, and the official website by the very next day after the resolution proposal closing date.

Subscribed members, those who would like to nominate office bearers, should complete the form by putting the nominee's name and then forward it to a seconder. The seconder shall then forward it to the nominee as well as provide a copy to the secretary.

2. Nominations for office bearers for the association shall be circulated to all subscribed members via email, the official WhatsApp/Website, and made available to the public in a downloadable template format.

1. A total of five Trustees shall comprise the Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, and two other persons elected by the subscribed members. Past trustees shall not be automatically re-selected as Trustees to provide an opportunity for new subscribed members.

3. All past chairpersons shall NOT be considered as advisors to the Association because the responsibility should be shared among the current office bearers.

4. The membership subscription period shall be considered from April 1st to March 31st (the official financial year).

Resolution Proposed By Mrs. Helen Annasingham on 10/09/2023

1. If a committee member (including executive committee members) of Mannar Welfare Association UK, does not attend three committee meetings consecutively, he/she will not be permitted to carry on as a committee member and will be automatically terminated from his/her position until the next Annual General Meeting.

13வது ஆண்டு பொதுக்கூட்டத்திற்கான முன்மொழியப்பட்ட தீர்மானங்கள்.

08/09/2023 அன்று திரு. ஜேம்ஸ் பத்திநாதனால் முன்மொழியப்பட்ட தீர்மானம்.

1. தற்போதைய செயற்குழு உறுப்பினர்களுக்கு வருங்கால உறுப்பினர்களை செயற்குழுவிற்கு தெரிவு செய்து நியமனம் செய்ய உரிமை உண்டு.

அவர்களுடன் சேர செயற்குழுவால் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட உறுப்பினர், செயற்குழுவில் சேர்வதற்கு முன், தற்போதைய MWAUK சங்கக் குழுவின் கீழ் ஒரு குழு உறுப்பினராக குறைந்தபட்சம் 1 வருடம் பணியாற்றியிருக்க வேண்டும்.

11/09/2023 அன்று திரு. லாரன்ஸ் செபமாலை அவர்களால் முன்மொழியப்பட்ட தீர்மானங்கள்

1. MWAUK இன் செயலாளரிடம் உறுப்பினர்கள் சமர்ப்பித்த தீர்மானங்கள், தீர்மான முன்மொழிவு இறுதித் தேதிக்கு அடுத்த நாளே மின்னஞ்சல், வாட்ஸ்அப் குழு மற்றும் அதிகாரப்பூர்வ இணையதளம் மூலம் உறுப்பினர்களிடையே விநியோகிக்கப்படும்.

குழுசேர்ந்த உறுப்பினர்கள், அலுவலகப் பொறுப்பாளர்களை பரிந்துரைக்க விரும்புபவர்கள், வேட்பாளரின் பெயரை வைத்து படிவத்தைப் பூர்த்தி செய்து, பின்னர் அதை இரண்டாவது நபருக்கு அனுப்ப வேண்டும். இரண்டாவதாக இருப்பவர் அதை வேட்பாளருக்கு அனுப்புவதோடு, செயலாளருக்கும் ஒரு நகலை வழங்குவார்.

2. சங்கத்திற்கான அலுவலகப் பொறுப்பாளர்களுக்கான பரிந்துரைகள் அனைத்து சந்தாதாரர்களுக்கும் மின்னஞ்சல் மூலம் அனுப்பப்படும். வாட்ஸ்அப்/இணையதளம், மற்றும் தரவிறக்கம் செய்யக்கூடிய டெம்ப்ளேட் வடிவத்தில் பொதுமக்களுக்குக் கிடைக்கும்.

3. மொத்தம் ஐந்து அறங்காவலர்கள் தலைவர், செயலாளர், பொருளாளர் மற்றும் சந்தா உறுப்பினர்களால் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட மற்ற இரண்டு நபர்களைக் கொண்டுள்ளனர். கடந்த அறங்காவலர்கள் தானாக மீண்டும் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட மாட்டார்கள்.  புதிய சந்தா உறுப்பினர்களுக்கான வாய்ப்பை வழங்க, கடந்த அறங்காவலர்கள் தானாக மீண்டும் அறங்காவலர்களாகத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட மாட்டார்கள்.

4. அனைத்து முன்னாள் தலைவர்களும் சங்கத்தின் ஆலோசகர்களாக கருதப்பட மாட்டார்கள், ஏனெனில் பொறுப்பு தற்போதைய அலுவலக பணியாளர்களிடையே பகிர்ந்து கொள்ளப்பட வேண்டும்.

5. உறுப்பினர் சந்தா காலம் ஏப்ரல் 1 முதல் மார்ச் 31 வரை (அதிகாரப்பூர்வ நிதியாண்டு) கருதப்படும்.

10/09/2023 அன்று திருமதி ஹெலன் அன்னசிங்கம் அவர்களால் முன்மொழியப்பட்ட தீர்மானம்.

1. மன்னார் நலன்புரிச் சங்கத்தின் (UK) ஒரு குழு உறுப்பினர் (செயற்குழு உறுப்பினர்கள் உட்பட), தொடர்ந்து மூன்று குழுக் கூட்டங்களில் கலந்து கொள்ளாவிட்டால், அவர் குழு உறுப்பினராக தொடர அனுமதிக்கப்பட மாட்டார், மேலும் அவர் பதவியில் இருந்து தானாகவே நீக்கப்படுவார்.
