Our Projects

Mannar Welfare Association UK is a non - profit organisation and was formed with the intention of working towards the educational development of under privileged students and youth in the Mannar District and also in other parts of Sri Lanka.

The primary aim of this association is to raise funds to facilitate educational programmes for the deprived mass. The organisation further serves for the betterment of women, children, youth, orphans and other vulnerable people. The services include social, educational and cultural development of the displaced communities in Mannar District.

Mannar Welfare Association UK functions on the motto of “Towards Better Tomorrow” and to achieve the same, it has promoted the idea of think locally and act globally.

This Association is committed to formulate new policies for better livelihood for the suffering brethren and chalk out strategies to alleviate illiteracy, poverty and inequality.
